Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of PostingPilot, a content planning, generation, review, scheduling, and user-approved publishing service operated by The Hollis Organization Inc.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and only connect social channels you own or are authorized to manage.
2. Content workflow
PostingPilot helps generate drafts and media for review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, scheduling, and publishing content. PostingPilot is not a spam, scraping, auto-reply, or automated engagement tool.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect Meta, LinkedIn, or another platform, you authorize PostingPilot to use the permissions you grant only to provide requested features such as account selection, scheduling, publishing, and connection status. You must comply with each platform's terms, policies, and community standards.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PostingPilot to:
- Generate or publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Impersonate people or organizations without authorization.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, auto-replies, or engagement automation.
- Scrape platforms, evade platform limits, or violate platform developer policies.
- Reverse engineer, resell, overload, or interfere with PostingPilot or its providers.
5. Content ownership
You own the content and brand materials you provide or generate through PostingPilot, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant PostingPilot a limited license to store, display, process, schedule, and publish that content as needed to provide the service.
6. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before use and ensuring that claims, offers, testimonials, images, videos, and disclosures are accurate and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Billing and credits
Paid plans, founder access, and generation credits are described at checkout or inside the app. Credits may be used for image, video, or other generation workflows. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after any stated refund window.
8. Termination and deletion
You may stop using PostingPilot or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for security risks, non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements, or misuse. Deletion requests are handled through /data-deletion.
9. Service availability
PostingPilot depends on third-party services including AI providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and social platforms. We work to keep the service available, but features may be delayed, limited, or unavailable due to provider outages, review status, policy changes, or maintenance.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the app or by email when appropriate.
