Data Deletion

PostingPilot users can request deletion of account data, brand profiles, generated content, uploaded references, calendar posts, library assets, and connected-channel data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email matt@hollisorganization.com from the email address on your PostingPilot account.
  2. Use the subject line: PostingPilot data deletion request.
  3. Tell us whether you want a full account deletion or only a connected-channel/token deletion.

Connected social account deletion

If you connected Meta, LinkedIn, or another platform, you may also revoke PostingPilot from that platform's app settings. Once revoked or requested, PostingPilot will remove stored OAuth tokens and connection metadata that are no longer needed to operate your account.

Timing

We generally complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer when required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
