PostingPilot is operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. We collect and process only the information needed to provide content planning, generation, review, scheduling, and user-approved publishing features.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication records, and account settings.
- Brand profile information provided during onboarding, including website, audience, offers, voice, content pillars, and posting preferences.
- Content created or uploaded in PostingPilot, including drafts, posts, images, videos, references, calendar items, and library assets.
- Connected channel information when you choose to connect Meta or LinkedIn, such as account identifiers, page/profile names, permissions, access tokens, and token status.
- Usage, billing, and support information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, provide credits, and respond to requests.
How we use information
- To create, save, organize, schedule, and publish content that you review and approve.
- To personalize generated content to your brand profile, audience, and selected channels.
- To operate account security, billing, customer support, product analytics, and service reliability.
- To comply with platform rules, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and abuse-prevention requirements.
Meta and LinkedIn connections
PostingPilot only requests social platform permissions needed for connected-channel features. We do not scrape accounts, send direct messages, automate engagement, auto-reply, or publish without user action. Users generate drafts, review and edit them, then intentionally schedule or publish to accounts they own or manage.
OAuth access tokens are used only to provide the connected features requested by the user. Tokens are stored securely, are not sold, and are not shared with unrelated third parties.
AI providers and service providers
We use trusted infrastructure, AI, payment, email, analytics, and social platform providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to PostingPilot.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use private customer content to train our own public AI model.
- We do not publish to connected channels without user approval.
- We do not use connected social accounts for scraping, spam, auto-replies, or unsolicited messaging.
Your choices
- You can edit your brand profile and account settings in PostingPilot.
- Channel disconnect controls will appear in Connections once direct publishing is enabled. Until then, support can remove stored connection records for you.
- You can export your account data from Settings and request account deletion from Settings or by emailing us.
Data deletion
You can request deletion at /data-deletion or by emailing matt@hollisorganization.com. We delete or anonymize account data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, billing, or tax purposes.
